  8. SHIPPING / DELIVERY

* Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for getting mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. If for some reason, no one is at home, you can pick up your package at your local post office.
* KICKS PALACE packages will be delivered by EMS,UPS or USPS
* After payment is received it will take approximately 7-14 business days for delivery
* If for some reason your order is out of stock, we will immediately notify you within 2 days via email. Please email us back regarding your replacement so the order is processed and shipped in a timely manner
* This is very rare but the order can be held by customs in exceptional cases or something else happens. That is the customer’s responsibility
* KICKS PALACE will not ship COD

9. RETURN POLICY

* It is necessary to contact KICKS PALACE and obtain instructions before returning any product to KICKS PALACE.
* Exchanges on any merchandise can be made only if it is in unworn condition.
* Acceptable reasons for an exchange: factory defect on the shoes, wrong shoe size was sent, mistake made on the part of KICKS PALACE.
* Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: Customer changed their mind, A minor change in colour i.e light or dark
* When returning your item, you must make sure it is shipped double boxed in order to protect the shoes as well as the shoe box. Any shoes returned in the shoe box alone will be returned to the sender at their expenses and no refund will be granted.
* Buyer may only return unworn shoes within 5 days of the purchase date for exchange.
* We will charge a 25% restocking fee when returning your shoes.
* Buyer must use USPS Express to ship to us and it must include a tracking number, we are not responsible for lost packages.
* All custom fees on returned package will be charged on the buyer. Please mark it as a gift and worth a low value.
* All shoes returned must be unworn and in original box, with all original contents, (i.e. retro cards, or cases), or fees will be applied to unreturn item(s).
* Shipping charges for returns are NOT refundable.
* Processing of refunds may take up to 7 days.
* Please ask any questions you have before ordering to limit to prevent any problems.

* Customers may not change style/size after their order has been processed.
* To assure the fastest and most successful shipping process, shipping prices may vary depending on order quantity.

* KICKS PALACE will never sell your personal information to any third parties.
